A beautiful place!!!

It is a very nice and cozy place. The beauty of the same property, as well as the greenery that adorns the hacienda, have given it an incredible touch.
The pool clean and air-conditioned, plus the friendly staff.
Definitely a place to return to spend a holiday with the whole family.

Very nice hotel but you can't sleep on weekends

Very nice gardens and restaurant, good service from cleaning staff and in restaurants, very spacious but dark Jr.Suite rooms, with old bathroom floors and walls, some broken and lousy preserved, the air conditioning is very noisy (old too) The hotel is very popular on weekends so there are up to 3 parties (weddings usually) and therefore VERY NOISY, the hotel staff does not take care of the sound level of the music and allow this to happen until 4 am so forget to sleep well, if you complain they will listen to you but nothing they can do. Food quality and good breakfast buffet excellent and without better Sunday brunch

This great accomodation was a little challenging to find via GPS, I was routed all the way around the property via small streets with small signs, but eventually I came upon reception. Parking is valet only (luckily I read that on the description). The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, the site is historic, vast and well-manicured. Food service is splendid and the room was perfectly fine.

Lovely grounds, BUT..

We stayed a total of 4 nights.  The first 2 nights, the hotel had very few people, the last 2 nights it seemed almost full.  It is more of a weekend hotel. The grounds are truly beautiful, from the reception area to the restaurant and gardens, beautiful!
 Be aware:
 1. Most of the photos on their website are of the rooms in the original Hacienda.  We rented a Master suite (600ft @ MX$ 5,930 - MX$6,029 depending on the day ).  On their website the walls are exposed brick and period furniture.  We received a room in the new section, on the 1st floor and right in front of the pool.  Yes, you can hear all the noise from the pool and even when people are walking on the 2nd floor/corridors.  The suite was indeed 600ft, but NOT in one big room.  It was 2 separate rooms.  You walk  thru this empty room (except for a sofa and tv on the wall, see photo) via a long hallway and get to the main room.  It was not like the photo at all.  The room does not have a desk or robes.  Nor accent chairs (like the photo).  It comes with 2 dining room chairs, a small table.  Nothing like their photos. More like a "Springhill Suites" style sofa.  Do yourself a favor and rent a CHEAPER / SMALLER room in the original part of the Hacienda.
2.  Find someone who speaks spanish to call and make the reservations.  The rates will be much cheaper if you call directly vs reserving thru their website if outside of Mexico.

Great service

Since the arrival we have been given a first world service, people who do not seem to be working, they look like your family from the friend who parks the vans
Very nice facilities
Food and service in first world restaurant, a super special dinner with all the whimsy from grandparents eating healthy, wife fit, young people with super abundant food , a service worth highlighting
