Comfortable and well located hotel

I liked the comfort of the room, breakfast is enough to start the day. What I was missing was that when I went to the reception for batteries, they didn’t have to give me and they told me that I would go to my room for maintenance, and that never happened.

Lousy front desk attitude, poor parking location and lousy breakfast

We were told that to get two rooms nearby on the same floor and nearby we had to return later. We had two rooms with children and that is why it was necessary that the rooms were close. We arrived early (2:00pm) and at 6:00pm we checked in as the lady assured us that we would have high floor and rooms nearby. I didn't. It's amazing that a hotel looks at our faces like they did. Additionally, the cleaning lady stole our card daily in the hotel room. This in order to give us a hard time. However much we complained at reception they did not heed our requests. Today, Dec 25 advised us that there would be no room service so we had to make our beds ourselves as well as cleaning in general. My recommendation for this hotel is to stay away from it. Breakfast is bad and service is terrible. Here I send you a picture of how I found the room dirty..

Don't stay here. Bad experience.

Bad experience. Staff at check in does not recognize IHG level or membership. They gave us room 305. When trying to climb the elevator the keys were not recognized and we could not climb. Someone from the staff had to come and use his master key for access. I asked to have my keys changed so it wouldn't happen again and they didn't. I don't know why they refused. The room lacks an adequate artificial lighting level. On that floor being shared with meeting rooms there is no ice machine so you can not get it and without being able to use the elevator to go to other floors I ran out of ice. And to add to the bad experience, the next day we were leaving 5am and when we tried to bathe, there was no hot water. Unacceptable situation. In the shower came a small jet of water and very cold. Avoid this hotel. We'll certainly never come back. The only thing medium good is the location.
