One night stay on a road trip through Baja. The hotel has a bit of an institutional feel to it. The room itself felt more like a dorm room than a hotel room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The lighting in the room was horrible. For one night it was fine, but I wouldn’t want an extended stay here. I wish I would’ve done a deeper look in to location as well. This hotel is located on a busy street, across from a busy grocery store, and next to a car lot. Would’ve been nicer to be down near the marina, within walking distance of the water, restaurants and shops. We didn’t even want to go in the pool, as the water was cloudy. Best thing I can say about this hotel is at least the room was clean.

Worst beds & mattress ever my back is hurting

Awful, old beds. You can feel the wires under the mattress. I'll have to go to the chiropractor. My back and spine suck through the 15th-century mattresses. 0 stars for this hotel. In remorseful passage, I would never use it again.

A fraudulent booking was made on my account I attempted to contact the hotel and they hung up on me multiple times. There was no way to make contact with hotel and remove booking.
