Staff is nice; property is gated; rooms are clean and pest-free. The restaurant's food is delicious. It's too bad it closes at 3:00 p.m.

Change the receptionists

All very well, except the ladies at the front desk. They wait reluctantly, say one price and then charge you another, we asked for water and he told us that in the oxxo they can help us. Dismal customer service PESIMA. They should have someone with charisma and help. And have fixed prices

Stayed at the Hacienda Bugambilias for 10 days in early December '24 and enjoyed everything about this place! Very authentic, the staff were great and took care of our every need. Good food at the restaurant and slept great every night! Nice and quiet with off street parking! Highly recommend this Hacienda!

The staff were all helpful and friendly! The area was peaceful and serene, the pool area, front entrance and rooms were exceptionally clean! We would definitely stay here again!
