We experienced cigarette smoking smell every single night, when reported they only raised the shoulders and said that our floor was non smoking, never offered a solution or change of room whatsoever, just repeaed the same story, very frustrating specially for a non smoker travelling with a minor.
The service os sometimes Japanese certified friendly, sometimes rude, I would say inconsistent.
