An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in, using the automatic accounting machine. Room cleaning is provided between 10:00-15:00. Rooms will not be cleaned if guests wish to stay in their rooms. The hotel's main entrance is closed from 24:00. Guests must use the intercom to enter the property. In order to conserve resources, rooms are not fitted with free toiletries, however, the front desk offers toothbrush sets, razors and pyjamas upon request.
An accommodation tax is required in Osaka from January, 2017. Guests are required to pay JPY 100 per guest per night if the room rate per night is between JPY 7,000 and JPY 14,999, JPY 200 per guest per night if the room rate per night is between JPY 15,000 and JPY 19,999, and JPY 300 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY 20,000 or greater. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and shall be paid at the hotel. For details, please confirm with the hotel. According to the Osaka City Ordinance, the accommodation tax in Osaka City will be revised starting September 1, 2025.
