温泉からの景色が良い
夕食ほ豪華で、美味しく、量もあって食べきれなかったのが残念です。お刺身、鮑の踊り焼きもとても美味しかったです。
朝食のバイキングで、早い時間に行ったので、できたてのだし巻き玉子、メヒカリのから揚げを食べることができて、とても美味しかったです。
温泉の泉質も心地良く良く、露天風呂からの景色はとても良かったです。
ただ、一日目夜は内湯の温度が高くて熱すぎで、浸かれず主に露天風呂の方で、温泉を堪能しました。
そして二日目夜はなぜか内湯がぬるすぎで、外は雨が降っていて屋根付きの浴槽にも吹き込んでいましたが、露天風呂で温泉を楽しみました。
温度調整がむずかしいのかな？
でも、男湯と女湯の入れ替えで朝風呂も堪能して楽しめました！
お部屋からの景色も良かったです。部屋も普通に綺麗で、お布団も気持ちよく眠れました。
お土産売り場もまあまあ品数はあったので、全国旅行支援のクーポンでたくさん買いました。

Beautiful scenery but dated property
The hotel was located uphill, so access was hard if you don't book the free shuttle bus or if you don't have a bus to transfer you up. What was more unbelievable was that, they actually had another flight of stairs up to the hotel's lobby area, after having to drag the heavy luggage uphill to the hotel's doorstep. Now I understand why most of the patrons are locals. The rooms, were the typical types of rooms which you can expect from an onsen hotel. However, I think it's time that they change the kettle inside the room. There is a metallic smell coming from the water boiled & the room's doors are quite hard to close/open and they are not auto-locked. However, I appreciate the fact that the hotel staff took notice of our meal request not to have raw food.

古い、汚い、サービス悪い
チェックインでの客室露天風呂の使用についての説明を聞き唖然。「夜の12時にボイラーが止まるので、お湯がでなくなるので蛇口を止めて下さい」と言われ、「12時以降は入るなということですか？そんな客室露天風呂はこれまでに経験したことがないし聞いたことないですね！！意味ないやん！！！」と怒りが沸々。
また、お部屋への案内もなく、自ら荷物を持ってお部屋に行くのですが、2基ある東館のエレベーター1基は止めてあり、あまりのセコさに驚きです！
お部屋に入ると、センスの悪い作り付け家具にびっくり！
トイレの前にミニキッチン、その水道の蛇口はグラグラです。
畳には大きなシミがあり、娘が思わず「この部屋でなんか事件でもあったんか？」と笑いながらコメントする始末。
風呂上がりにチューハイでも飲もうと販売機に行くと、ビールとチューハイのみの販売機のチューハイ全てが売り切れで、売店にはアルコール類は売っておらず、フロントで聞くと、「自動販売機はホテルで管理していない」ということだが、土曜日で宿泊客も多かったのに、あり得ない！
夕食を食べに行くと、スタッフがおらずパントリーに呼びに行って案内してもらったが、フロントにいた人まで手伝っており、フロアの回し方もどんくさくさらにビックリ！！
懐石料理なのにお品書きもなく、ドリンクメニューを頼んだら、コピーされた紙一枚。麦の焼酎をお願いしたら、切らしているといわれ、思わず「はぁ？」と声が出てしまいました。
遅れて出てきたのに天ぷらが冷たいのはなぜ？？
大浴場の洗面は、傷が入った部分が真っ黒で、見た目も本当に汚い！！！！
こんなホテル、二度とごめんです（怒）

老朽化
影響でバイキングが滅茶苦茶になっています。小皿の提供と自分で盛り付けがありますが、ごはん、味噌汁が自分で出来ない為並びます。スタッフが足りずメニューがでて来ない、温めなおしてるため器が熱い、素材台無しな感じになってます。老朽化の為ロビーのエアコンのききがわるく暑い。敷き布団に染みがある等。スタッフの方々は一生懸命やってる感は伝わりますが。。Wi-Fiもないし。高台にあるので部屋からの景色は良いです。
