Excellent!

We ended up here, at short notice, after an issue with the hotel we had originally booked. I was glad we had to change!
The staff here are excellent. Every time we passed reception we were greeted - and always with a smile.
Violet was very helpful when I rang to see if they had a vacancy. As she promised, we got a room at the back. It was big, with two French windows out onto a large balcony. It was very quiet all three nights we were there.
The room had a fridge (not cold, though) and a safe.
The bathroom was spotlessly clean, though I found the shower cubicle a bit tight.
Breakfast was good.
The hotel is close to Porta Susa mainline and metro stations. Exit D comes up onto the street almost at the hotel door.
There are a number of bars and restaurants nearby as well as a small supermarket.
We went a bit further afield, to Bakery, for delicious pizza.
We would definitely return.

This was a very comfortable small hotel, conveniently located, with extremely helpful staff and a hot breakfast buffet. The rooms are comfortable and warmly decorated and it's an easy walk to restaurants, cafes and a local outdoor market.

21 years in Hotel & Residence Turin Center

My friend and I stayed 2 nights and 3 days in this hotel. We had a very good time.
PRO ROOM: large room, very clean, warm and welcoming.
PRO STAFF AND HOTEL: varied breakfast, attentive, welcoming, kind and very helpful staff.
It is very close to the center, also reachable on foot or by bus.
CONS: the restaurant is not in the hotel, but from number 33 you will have to continue to number 45, reachable on foot. It's 2 minutes.
Furthermore, the key lock on the door of our room was not to our liking, it remained open.
