Great caution
We decided for Azzoli because we really liked the photos. We assumed that reality would be like this. Unfortunately, having that trust was a mistake.
It was immediately noticeable how scruffy and unhygienic this hotel is.
The plaster was falling from the wall of the room, pointing to damp walls. There are no windows overlooking the street, only inland. The air in the room was bad and smelled like mold. On the roof, the pool area was contaminated with old bird droppings. Likewise the terrace and chairs.
Breakfast consisted of packaged products. Rude to a guest. We complained immediately. The lady at reception offered us another room. For the reasons stated, we rejected it. He then presented to the management our wish to withdraw from the contract free of charge. A few minutes later we received their verbal confirmation.
We were forced to look for another accommodation at very short notice.
Now we find out that we have been charged a high triple-digit amount.
