Hotel in the city center with friendly staff, a fairytale!!

Hotel located right in the historic center of Salerno, really comfortable.
The rooms are beautiful, clean and basic for everything. In my opinion, nothing is missing to be considered the best hotel in Salerno, personal opinion!
Excellent breakfast, perfect cleanliness, very kind and welcoming staff at the bar, it feels like being at home even if 700 km away. The Receptionists are absolutely kind, welcoming and very helpful in giving you advice and for any eventuality, always with a smile as a respectable hotel should be. Everything was truly excellent, from morning to evening after dinner. I also had the opportunity to leave my luggage at reception and enjoy some more sea in company after the storm of the previous day. I hope to return soon and obviously I will choose this structure made by kind-hearted people for my next stay. See you soon.

It was like a horror movie.
You see pictures attached if you don't want to ruin your holidays stay away from this place... for the. gross seen in the room we didn't even have breakfast in their bar

Only positive note the reception

The photos of the room do not reflect reality, bad cleaning, cobwebs to the ceiling.
Poor breakfast
Affiliated garage service of poor punctuality.
The only positive note is the place where the hotel is located a few steps from the seafront and the center

On the seafront, good stay with a few flaws

Given that, in general, staying in Salerno involves few alternatives and high prices, this is a good solution which, however, also has some disadvantages. The structure is old, while the suites of Palazzo Luciani, a structure that is part of the same hotel, have been modernized but are not yet finished or present unresolved problems. In fact, some things do not work properly, such as toilet flushing and electrical sockets. These are important aspects that should be taken care of better. Among the pros, the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff and the location. Furthermore, the property also manages a series of restaurants where you can eat well. The hotel reception is inside the bar overlooking the street. Fair prices, if more attention was paid to those aspects.

The property is great, I particularly liked the location and amenities nearby. The staff was friendly. Renovated toilet. Room was large.
I liked having the breakfast there at the bar on street.
