A pleasant discovery

We stayed at this property for a week. Comfortable and clean apartment. Upon arrival greeted us Mrs. Alicja, very kind and helpful. She made herself available for all our requests. Strategic place to go to the beach and to have lunch at the restaurant. Excellent distance from the Stella Maris Foundation. We had a great time. Recommendation.

Strategic place to visit Pisa - Livorno and enjoy the sea

We are now at home at the Orchidea Residence, a strategic structure for those who want to combine sea and culture. Located 2 steps from Livorno and Pisa, but also for those who want to take a trip to Versilia or Maremma. The structure is also ideal for those who need to use the nearby "Stella Maris" Institute of Excellence, less than a kilometer away. Free parking. Brand new and very clean rooms, equipped with fan coils and latest generation PVC frames. Kitchens equipped with everything needed to cook any meal. No small feat, your stay will be enlivened by the professionalism and courtesy of Alice and Simone, truly 2 exceptional people. Price commensurate with the quality and service offered

Loved it!

We’ve been roadtripping Italy for a week now and this hotel has been one of the best we’ve stayed at. The receptionist is one of the loveliest people we’ve met here so far, super nice and welcoming. Clean rooms, very spacious, there’s even a kitchen to use and two balconies which were also big. Will come back next year!

belts & braces with great value

this is a litte gem. clean comfortable with everything you need. O.k. it is basic but none the worse for that. the staff are friendly and helpful. the beach is across the road. When we stayed the season had just ended (end of September) so we had acres of sandy beach to ourselves. Fab; Lots of good paces to eat within walking distance.great base for Pisa, Florence trips.a couple of minor things the shower cabinet is bit of a squeeze but O.K. the internet was patchy but the owners are looking at this so it should be sorted. An electric kettle and a small welcome pack ( wipes. washing up liquid etc)would make it 5 star. Even without these this is a great value place to stay don't overlook it.

Ottima struttura

Appartamenti nuovi, completi di tutto e molto puliti. Un particolare apprezzamento per le luci: si vede che sono state perfettamente progettate, non capita spesso di trovare appartamenti così ben illuminati. Comoda l'aria condizionata e il parcheggio della struttura nonché la vicinanza al mare. Bagni con spiaggia ampia e servizi. Il mare non è splendido. È pulito ma la sabbia scura e renosa non rende l'acqua cristallina. Ottima la pista ciclabile e il marciapiede che consente di fare running e altri sport. Brava Alice e lo staff che gestiscono tutto molto bene, cercando di fare trovare gli ospiti contenti e soddisfatti. Nella struttura c'è anche l'ascensore.
Consiglio il residence.
