The two main attractions are the exceptional price and incredible location. Perfect for my solo travel. Simple and effective. I didn't have breakfast, so can't be the best judge on that aspect, but overall thoroughly enjoyed it and if I return to Pisa, I shall return here.

I checked back out after 5 minutes

Simply put, the hotel is disgusting, the furniture is in tatters, the bathroom has mould.
I checked straight back out as I knew I wouldn’t sleep for a second with how filthy and unsafe it felt.
Do not stay here - spend an extra €30 and go elsewhere. I went to the Grand Bonnano for €100 for the night and it was only 10 minutes walk from the Leaning Tower, super clean and the staff were incredibly friendly.

For tourism purposes location was great, right beside the Duomo complex but nothing much in the area staying open for food and drink. Had a ‚superior‘ room so heaven knows what standard offered - aircon didn‘t work, TV didn’t work, decor old and shabby; breakfast room and terrace but no breakfast (supposedly included) though little bakery next door was good. The rooms themselves were really clean and the housekeeping staff were friendly and cheery. Not cheap for a run-down place with no facilities and better value to be had elsewhere in Pisa.

My stay in one night

The location, the tower is literally next door. The bed and pillow were comfortable. As for the facilities they are quite neglected, although it was clean the room was damp on the walls and mold in the shower. The day I was there it rained and water came into the bathroom. There was a strange smell, I don't know if they used to clean with vinegar. In conclusion, if you want something of a night, having the tower nearby is a not so expensive option
