A positive surprise

The quality / price ratio of the hotel is certainly very satisfactory. Close to the station and not far from the Tower. We took a quadruple room with full en suite bathroom. Comfortable beds, wifi working, heated environment even too maybe. Daily cleaning and very kind reception with lots of tips about the city. Easy check in and check out. Just a few light bulbs electrocuted but otherwise, to be a two star, all right

Good place for a short stay

The hotel is convenient because it is very close to the center of Pisa, but there are some flaws. Rooms for four small people, bathrooms to review because of the peeling walls and shower to change. Private and paid parking nearby. On the other hand, available staff. Recommendation for a short stay.

Upper Crumbling and dirty

I had to stay from 12/08 to 14/08 but we had to escape after a night infernale.La dirty room, with dilapidated outdoor bathroom, placed in a corridor. Toilet paper holder broken light switch with exposed wires.In the room there is a dirty sink. There is no air conditioning, very small room max 10 M2. This property is closed . Bad experience, the gentleman at reception just says it's not his fault and we haven't been refunded.

Don't go to this hotel unless you want to get traumatized.

Worst hotel I've ever been. In June I went to Pisa with my American uncle, we booked in this hotel, once we arrived at the hotel we find it closed. Thank God there was a couple coming back from shopping at the hotel. As soon as we entered it was hotter inside than outside, but I say .. the air conditioning?????? Then we went to the room, nightmare. There were handprints on the wall, ants, AC off. This hotel should not deserve any stars. I slept badly, but let's not even talk about the bathroom down the hall! The bathroom was very small. I capelli per terra..nessun asciugamano..poi la luce che andava via così a caso!!! Terribile! I even dropped all the shampoo, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Shut down this lousy hotel and you'll continue to traumatize people.

A bad so good experience at Hotel Astor

The place is near the Pisa Central Station BUT the room is not worth the price, the aircondition has a leak so the water spread all over the room, the bed is not comportable, the aircondition is good it function well although it has a leak and the appearance of it is not good its almost broken but still functioning. Not recommended and not worth the money
