The 4 Stars only on paper - bad value for money.
The 4 Stars only on paper - bad value for money.
We stayed at this property one night.
Its location, next to the Ducal Park, is perfect as it allows you to quickly walk to the Old Town.
The common areas, very large and spotless, are furnished in a retro style that takes you back to other eras.
Staff courteous and prepared.
The property has a small free parking for guests.
If it is full you can use another private car park (but for a fee), or the supermarket car park located across the street.
The sore note is the room, very dated, which to the eye is dirty even if just clean.
Bed and pillows really uncomfortable.
Large bathroom but to be redone.
To have an electrical outlet available near the bed to charge my smartphone, I had to move a bedside table and unplug a lamp (certainly at the time that room was made, the sockets were enough).
Few guest amenities available in the bathroom.
Location on the main road which was noisy during the night.

Too “old”
Structure too dated for the four stars. It seems like a “back to the past” experience both in the common areas and in the room. In addition to the sense of “old”, there are also unforgivable forgetfulnesss that you do not expect in a four-star hotel such as the shower that splashes water improperly. The keypads should also be modernised as soon as possible.
Finally, the restaurant was really disappointing: hot and uninviting dishes, nothing that might seem up to the culinary tradition of Parma, cold cuts included unfortunately. Only breakfast was acceptable.

Good hotel, big room and bathroom.but what really annoyed me that they dont offer free 2 bottles of water as thousand of hotels does. If you have a kettle, in the room with coffee capsule, tea, cream, nescafe, etc.....you want me to take it from the mini bar for 2.5 euro?????? . Its disrespect for customer....take higher price of the room and put free bottle of water next to the kettle or remove them

Beautiful establishment
Great hotel style 1920s. Every comfort from the lobby. Very nice staff. Spacious, comfortable room. Private parking under the hotel. Full self breakfast. Hearty. Located 15 minutes walk through the park.
Arrived at 3:30. Parking normally at 15€ for one night. Departure the next morning at 9:30. Automatic payment with credit card at the exit. 32€ ???????????????? Why????????????? And it is impossible to return to the avenue in one direction without making a great detour................
