Authentic Neapolitan hospitality

Excellent welcome from the staff, clean rooms and very good food.
Carmine the owner makes you feel at home, pampers you with typical Neapolitan dishes such as linguine with clams and pasta with beans and mussels!!!!!!!!

Not recommended!

During the organized school trip to Naples, we stayed 3 nights in this hotel with 40 kids, the structure is a 10 minute walk from the metro stop, an uncomfortable and dangerous road for kids, it takes half an hour on the metro to reach Piazza Garibaldi. The staff appears helpful, the "buffet" breakfast was found to be inadequate for the context. Despite having communicated food intolerances, they were not considered in the slightest and the alternative was EMBARRASSING. Eating badly in Naples seems impossible,
but not if you stay here: no choice, unsalted and overcooked pasta, very low quality of food, poorly cooked. The alternative proposed for the intolerant was absolutely inadequate. Thin and pure... but where have you ever seen this??? The cleanliness of the rooms is sufficiently acceptable, even if between one room and another the plasterboard walls allow you to hear everything happening next door.

Hospitality

I stayed two nights with my son because he had to have surgery at the facility which is one minute from the hotel.
In addition to this, the metro is also in front of the hospital and a ten minute walk away.
The staff is very helpful and agreed to our every request.

Horrible

Having forgotten a new jacket of some value, we called the establishment, and they denied having found the jacket.
I would advise you against forgetting something, otherwise what happened to me will happen!
I'm outraged by all this, you should be ashamed!
