The pleasant return!

We have been coming for years to this excellent structure where the hospitality and availability of the owners are the real maison.
Spacious, clean and tastefully decorated rooms. Common indoor and outdoor spaces always kept well. Ideal location both for those who have to go to the hospital Bambin Gesù and for those who want to enjoy the nearby sea.
Not least go to the center of Rome in about 35 minutes by car.
I highly recommend!

Villa immersa nel verde!...Entri e vedi un accozzaglia di cianfrusaglie ! Room small bathroom without window price exaggerated as if it were a 5 star hotel value for money rating 0
Breakfast same snacks cans of spread opened by who knows how much sweet time of the house that you find yourself even the next day practically until it ends
Tourist tax to be verified with L 104

Visiting his grandson

A beautiful room. Fresh, spacious and clean. A delicious and varied breakfast, a warm welcome. Equipped with a beautiful well-kept garden. Near the sea. Next door is a playground that closes at 11pm and silence returns. A really nice experience

wonderful stay

we stayed in this wonderful property for a wedding, starting with the splendid welcome from Tiziana the owner, she made us feel at home from the first moment, making every comfort available, late check out (welcome for large celebrations of marriage)
spacious and super clean room.
Will we be back soon on other occasions or who knows?

Stay with early entry time, paid extra, but not respected by the structure.

The structure was found to be good for the agreed primary service and for its relative proximity to the venue where the event was held. However, it should be noted the extreme proximity of a children's playground, with loud music and noisy mechanical equipment, in continuous movement. Differently and in exchange for an additional amount for the possibility of being able to access our room in advance, this was not correctly respected by the property itself. In fact, we were able to enter the facility well after the agreed time, with the consequent considerable delay in the start of the event itself.
Despite having paid what was requested, the property did not respect the agreed agreements! Not really serious...
