Relaxing stay with impeccable location, perfect services, spotless structure and room and comfortable bathroom

Room and facilities impeccable, perfect! Very comfortable bed, bright and cool room, detailed directions to reach it, without a minimum of difficulty, good coffee available, great TV d in great location. PERFETTO !

The room was very nice and the terrace with the view to the two towers was amazing. We spent many hours out there.
The AC was really efficient and the bed was comfy. There were no appliances (like an Electric kettle), but it wasn’t really nexessary as there is a nice cafe on street level. Only thing that would’ve been nice to have, is a mini-fridge to keep our water cold.
I will definitely book this room on my next trip to Bologna!

I will not go back

Cons: - lack of physical presence, everything is done via watshap. Therefore lack of practical information... we remained stuck in the gallery unable to go out. Barrier closed. Two other couples were in the same situation. We searched and found another entrance with access code... perhaps we should have clarified this point - existing air conditioning but useless! This one didn't cool anything! After 1200 km on the road we aspired to a restful night but it was a horrible night due to the heat! - wind tunnel in the very noisy bathroom. Impossible to know how to stop it, we had to ask the managers ... an explanatory word on the door would have sufficed - we took the paid parking at 24 euros, plan received very approximate, we had the exact address after contacting the manager... parking which opens only at 8am (boring when you want to take the road early)

Merci pour votre avis, cela aidera certainement ceux qui ne veulent pas lire attentivement avant de réserver, lisez peut-être aussi cet avis. Justement parce que nous ne sommes ni un hôtel ni une maison d'hôtes, nous ne sommes pas obligés d'avoir du personnel dans la structure, c'est ainsi que nous gérons l'entreprise : à distance avec enregistrement en ligne. Le chat est utilisé pour aider ceux qui en ont besoin, remplir des notes n'est pas fonctionnel, car nous avons remarqué que les gens ne lisent pas :) C'est pourquoi nous avons un chat ouvert. Le ventilateur de la salle de bain s'éteint après avoir éteint la lumière correspondante. La galerie où nous nous trouvons est également résidentielle, si vous n'avez pas vu le bouton pour sortir, il suffisait de demander. Étant dans le centre historique de Bologne, ce n'est pas comme ça qu'on peut coller des affiches partout, il faut respecter certaines règles. L'adresse du parking est fournie sur demande car il faut la réserver et ce n'est, je le répète, qu'après paiement que l'adresse est indiquée : justement parce que nous ne sommes pas là, nous ne pouvons pas vérifier si le client a utilisé notre parking ou un autre. Si l'horaire ne lui convenait pas, elle pouvait se renseigner à l'avance et en chercher un autre 24 heures sur 24 ; précisément parce qu'elle n'était pas incluse dans le prix ni inscrite sur notre site Internet, il a reçu cette information sur demande. Alors pourquoi s’en plaindre plus tard ?
Chaque avis est utile, le vôtre clarifiera les idées de ceux qui ne recherchent pas une structure comme la nôtre. Nous vous conseillons de mieux lire car il y en a beaucoup traités comme ça :)

Very nice, would book again!

Nice, clean rooms. There is no reception but the check-in is very easy (online). It's situated right in the center of the city, there are many bars, restaurants and shops just around the corner. It's walking distance (20min) from the train station. Directly besides the due torri (must see when in Bologna). I would definitely book again!

Great experience

Great price and top rooms for those who want to spend a few days in the center. The property is complete with everything and the staff is helpful and friendly, just ask and you will be informed about everything.
Definitely if there will be opportunities we would stay there again.
