Family vacation

Hotel delle Canne is located in Amantea on the state road, the location is excellent near the city center. The Hotel is family-run with extremely kind and helpful people, but the most beautiful feature of the hotel is the interior of the rooms and the swimming pool located outside in a large garden kept wonderfully perfect! I recommend everyone to stay there, excellent food, relaxation, and it also has a delightful beach on the sea with deckchairs and umbrellas.

Feel at home away from home!

Entering the Hotel delle Canne means entering a large and warm southern family that knows how to welcome you, pamper you and look after you as only the best can do!
We have been going for years and nothing has ever disappointed us, from cleanliness to good food, including the swimming pool and the wonderful sea with equipped beach!!!

Excellent holiday, perfect hotel, good food, the strong point was the lido, the very professional lifeguard Eugenio made us feel at home without missing anything, thanks for everything, we will return next year.

A special place in an authentic Italian beach town

I stayed at this family hotel for a high-season visit 10+ years ago with my husband and 2 boys when they were young. It was a wonderful experience that we always remembered. I returned last week—this time with my sister—for 3 nights, and while it was not buzzing with the same activity during the off season, the fantastic hospitality was just as I remembered. At Hotel delle Canne, Alessandro, Cristina, Pietro, and other family, truly care for their guests.
Our room and bathroom was spacious and clean, with a view of the sea, and a balcony. There’s a paved walking path to the beach, and a paved path to town. The hotel has a shuttle and picked us up at the train station, as well as providing rides to and from town of Amantea. We enjoyed 2 dinners (half-board) at the hotel, the beach, walks through town, castle ruins, restaurants on the promenade, and gorgeous sunsets.
We did not book online but rather made arrangements by email.
I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling the coast of Calabria. I’ll be back!
