Holliday for soul and body

The hotel was spotless! Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms, was impeccably clean.
The bathroom was sparkling clean with fresh towels and toiletries replenished each day.
The room was spacious and cozy, with modern furnishings that made it feel like home
The temperature control in the room worked perfectly, ensuring I was always comfortable regardless of the weather outside.
The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive.
Our servers Mihaela and Natalia were friendly, knowledgeable, and always had a smile. They made excellent recommendations and ensured our dining experience was perfect.
Our orders arrived quickly, and everything was served fresh and hot.”
We never had to wait long for refills or assistance. The staff worked seamlessly as a team to ensure everything ran smoothly.
The manager stopped by to check on us, which made us feel valued. It’s clear they care about their guests’ experience.

Hotel that has known a past glory

Old hotel with completely outdated facilities , no longer deserves the 5 stars advertised, terrible smell of chlorine on the first floor where we had our room , view of the roof and the gas station , zero soundproofing , breakfast not worthy of a 5 star (barely 3 and again )

Je suis désolé qu’il y ait eu une si mauvaise perception... Peut-être qu’aux étages supérieurs, vous auriez été moins dérangés et vous auriez probablement bénéficié d’une meilleure vue. Comme vous pouvez bien l’imaginer, les étoiles en Italie ne sont pas attribuées par nous. Quant à l’odeur de chlore, si votre chambre était proche des piscines, j’imagine que c’est l’odeur que vous avez perçue : la quantité de chlore dans les piscines thermales est définie par l’ASL et est présente pour garantir la sécurité de tous les baigneurs. Pour le petit-déjeuner, nous essayerons sans aucun doute de nous améliorer.

Overall very good

I have to judge the stay as a whole. The flaws in my opinion are the rooms dated both as furniture and services and a bit noisy, but be careful, absolutely clean and tidy. Same thing for the pool part. Inside ugly, exterior dated but very nice. Instead it is 5 stars the common areas, the lounge , the restaurant. The food is of excellent quality for both dinner and breakfast. Also highly professional staff. Overall we enjoyed it very much.

Book without food

I know criticism is not handled well but nevertheless there are some points. Rooms are very worn out and nothing has been done for tens of years (my partner knows the hotel from before). Dinner okay and 80s style. Breakfast is equivalent to a maximum of 3 stars (no ham or salmon or only with payment: no go). But the most disgusting thing was that the waiter sneezed in BOTH hands and then went DIRECTLY to the scrambled eggs and opened them and arrived 2 minutes later with a plate. I expect in "5 Stars" that 1. sneezes in the crook of my arm and 2. IMMEDIATELY turns around to wash hands..
Positive were the massage nozzles in different thicknesses but in limited number

Ich weiß nicht, warum Sie der Meinung sind, dass mit der Kritik nicht gut umgegangen wird, ich persönlich danke Ihnen: Ich werde auf jeden Fall vorschlagen, in die Mulde zu niesen... was die Eier angeht, ist es nicht der Kellner, der sie rührt, sondern der Cafeteria-Mitarbeiter. . Wenn Ihr Partner ins AbanoRitz zurückgekehrt ist, wird er die verschiedenen Zimmertypen sicherlich kennen

Maximum one 4* house

The only thing that deserves 5* is the baroque reception.
The bathroom facilities and beds are believed to date from the hotel's early days. Mattresses old sagged spring core. Bathroom impractical 2 hand mixers and small. Breakfast is poor. Wholesale scrambled eggs from the can. Ham only for an additional fee.
