Yummy breakfast

I was leaving with my family for 2 days .my staying was fantastic room and amenity,i try the food in the metropole restaurant was delicious and testy ,shisha very good.
Breakfast looks like food hotel 5 stars you have selection of food international and local .
The breakfast chef makes delicious omelette .

Pleasant stay, friendly staff ,delicious food and close to the Gullan mall moreover near to Erbil airport.

Recently located to Erbil canyon Erbil was suitable location with good value for long stay as Family. Spacious family suite with two bed rooms + living area. Cleaning are fair tho. Staff are friendly at reception thanks to Mr. Abdullah he is professional and smiling all the time. About the restaurant service is good having different selection of local and international food. About medoc another restaurant and Bar is lovely atmosphere to spend fun time enjoying Band or DJ different theme nights.
Thank you for Canyon hotel who made our stay pleasant and friendly.

Bad treatment

The worst customer experience ever, the receptionist do not respect residents and also it is dirty. They are bad in reservation , in treatment, do not respect people that tlking with

The room is big enough and the price is relatively cheap. But next to the road, it's noisy, the breakfast is okay, and the facilities are a bit old. Overall rating 3-4 stars. But on the first day of check-in, there was a problem with the exhaust vent, and the exhaust gas was discharged into my room, which caused me to be almost poisoned. I woke up at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night and changed the room. The next day, the hotel seemed to have never heard of this! The hotel never said sorry. Feeling a little uncomfortable!
