Good Service from staff Front Desk sapeciay Glorio. The ambience in the residence is really calm and comfortable.
The cleanliness in the room is average. The toilet is quite old, but okay.

Very good and comfortable stay at Swis-Belresidences Rasuna Epicentrum…..
Glorio from front desk took such good care of us. We arrived a bit earlier than the checkin time and they were so kind to get the room available as soon as possible for us.

Free upgrade short stay
Surprise can free room upgrade to grand deluxe..the room is quite spacious and there is a desk.sufficiently clean..thank you Mas Fajar in service with quick pass checkin and can small towel pass come in the lobby fresh wangi..the atmosphere of the hotel is calm..suitable for silence for focus work at the hotel..

Short Stay Early Ramadan
Ramadan holidays with the family early March last..the checkin process was quick, 11 hours sdh can get the room..the room can free up to the grand deluxe..thanks to ksh Mas Fajar and we were in a small towel for the face at the time of checkin..although only staying overnight but satisfied especially the service of the friendly staff..the room is also quite spacious and clean..we enjoy the pool is also very spacious and suitable for children..thanks to Swissbell Rasuna
