Family tour of Rajasthan

Very nice hotel to stay, clean rooms, bathroom is small and simple, location is excellent, staff is good , rates are affordable, Good hotel for family, family or big rooms are not available , room service is good

The hotel is ok.

We went as family/friends, group of young adults and 2 couple who just became parents. all from same family.
It is good place to rest. We haven't tried much on the menu. Only thing we tried was the tea. It was absolute delight the way they serve and the quantity and the taste. The staff tried to be helpful as they can.
we faced few problems like whole floor was smelling like someone has just smoked there or some other weird smell when we arrived. They didn't provide even single bottle of mineral water with the room charge. not a big thing but still I would like to have one. Bathrooms were old and need touchup. They have installed new toilets recently which works fine but and toilet was shaking front to back.
you won't get any type of view from anywhere in the hotel. Remember it's only good place to rest while you are on the tour. Definitely not for recreational purpose.

Poor services.

Very rude and unprofessional services. No parking facilities and the management is arrogant. Avoid the hotel as you would find better places in the city. They do not treat the customers right and the stay is not worth.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Location is very good. Food quality and service excellent. However some improvement on maintenence, cleanliness and hygiene is required. Overall good experience

Great customer service at budget cost

During our trip to Udaipur we explored 4-5 hotels from high range to mid to low range. Ashish palace had the cheapest room rate (we booked it @1800 per night for super delux room with free breakfast) but the kind of service they provided during our stay was as per the standard of a 4 star hotel. The rooms are clean and food was awesome. The service is very quick. The check out time was 11am however we checked out @1pm but the hotel management did not disturb us even once to remind after 11am which was not the case with other expensive hotels we stayed. We had our 8 months baby with us and they took care of the baby food as well on our request which made our stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
