This is the best hotel in downtown kochi!

Napier Heritage fort kochi was amazing! The staff was so nice and making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were also very clean. The pool was so beautiful and perfect for a swim.
The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect and made it so easy to explore Fort Kochi. This hotel is a must-visit!

The Perfect Heritage Stay in Kochi!

A Hidden Gem with an Incredible Pool!
Our stay at Napier Heritage was nothing short of magical! The pool was the highlight—crystal clear water, a relaxing atmosphere, and the perfect spot to unwind. The architecture of the hotel is breathtaking, reflecting Kochi’s rich history while providing all modern comforts. Our room was spacious, well-lit, and came with a luxurious bathroom that felt like a spa. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great mix of local and continental options. The staff were welcoming and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem in the heart of Kochi!

Great Hospitality at Napier Heritage

Really enjoyed our stay at Napier Heritage, Although the hotel is not fully A/C, the rooms are A/C and its convenient hence . The staff at Napier heritage are excellent and super friendly and professional. G.M.Mr.Hari was extremely helpful during our stay and he helped us organize a surprise party for my family's union. I was so happy to receive flowers from the staff on my birthday which was a super surprise for me. We had a photoshoot at Napier Heritage which went amazing as the place is fantastic for it with it's authenticity.

Our Indian travel agent, Jodhpur Voyages booked our accommodation for our month long trip in India under the instructions of securing quality boutique 3 star to 5 star accommodation.
We walked into our room at Napier Heritage Hotel and were shocked.
1. No window; just a boarded up window in the main bedroom.
2. No wardrobe rail to hang clothes on hangers. The manager offered an even worse room before placing hooks on the wardrobe-> result being still no hanging rod for clothes to hang on hangers.
3. No bedside light.
4. The restaurant is a sad affair.
Clearly the website has undergone major refurbishment but don’t be fooled. The hotel is sad, unkept and unwelcoming.
We were booked for two nights but canceled the second night.
