Friendly staff and wonderful restaurant

I had a great experience staying in this hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, professional service. A restaurant is above all expectations with its high quality Indian cuisine but in a European style. Very delicious. Though there are some minor things like a kettle didn’t work in my room, I highly recommend this place.

Not coming back here again

Lots of mosquitos, smelly room, unclean bathroom, unclean kettle. I decided to change hotel on second day of visit so the manager upgraded me to a suite which was strictly ok and in the morning to my utter disappointment there was no hot water for bath. The shower and tap faucet comes on together. It is rated highly for food but trust me food is totally average.
I understand that due to covid many hotels have suffered. But it is no excuse for such terrible upkeep of the property.

Room stay great.. Horrible menu with pathetic food and third rated food department

Very lame food and basic innovation for Karur business people's taste.
Cultureless unfriendly staff and team in the company who got no communication skills.
The whole setup and ambiance looks like in 80s and 90s.
Food is not Authentic in low grade business town. Fried Rice Tasted like Pulao and noodles do oily and Bland.
Customer feedbacks are not taken care.
Indo Chinese and Traditional Indian food done
without passion
Highly not recommended.

Best place to stay

Hotel Hemala is one of the few best hotels in Karur. It's one of the few star hotels in Karur. I happened to stay here for a day during a meeting, I had a fabulous time. Better ambience with quality service. The customer support was extremely satisfactory. Food served is best in terms of taste. One can get every variety possible for lunch as well as dinner. This is one fine place even people from abroad choose to stay. Might find the prices a bit on the higher side, but its worth the pay.
