Aneet ravi vivean and salon great staff doing a good job
Was r in correct room so bit annoyed as I paid for family wasn't like the pic in brochure bit room next door was. I was 311.
The cleaner he was lovely couldn a helped us more with clean towels water and toilet rolls.
Pool side was good. Tables need a good paint or scrub though
Great towel service but pls smile more
Food good
Only real downsize was closed way too early on a nite and no emtertainmemt

With regards to the room category, the only rooms that offer good view are the Pool View rooms, however size is concerned our rooms are decent big enough in size. We will look into the entertainment that you have concern about, however time restriction is from the government authorities, and we must adhere to it.

Fab hotel, great holiday
Another Fantastic holiday at somy plaza. Staff are wonderful especially paul the manager who cannot do enough for you. My husband took ill with vomiting and paul insisted on calling his doctor and asked for advice. We got the tablets he suggested and we was better within 48 hours. The rooms were cleaned daily, lovely comfy beds and great pillows. Air con was amazing... much needed when the temperatures were hitting 40 degrees! Only downfall was we couldn't get a cold lager, the hotel was full though and the turnover was so quick the beers didn't have enough time to chill. It would be great if they had a draught beer that would be constantly chilled through the pipes. That's the only complaint/recommendation. Also Peter and vivienne and all the bar staff were amazing at looking after us. We will all be back same time next year

My amazeing holiday at somyplaza calangute goa x
The somy plaza was a lovely friendly hotel,the pool area and pool attendant was lovely,all the staff were amazeingcarol and karishma on reception were the most beautifull girls, paul the manager every morning came and said hello to all holiday makers around pool,the breakfast was lovely and catered for all.it was our best holiday in goa yet,we will be returning nxt year,thankyou to each and everyone of you,I hope carol and karishma will be there in feb 26 xxx

Amazing hotel and staff
Just spent another amazing 4 weeks at the Somy Plaza. This hotel never fails to provide the best holiday. The reception staff lead by the Manager Paul are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are lovely from the guys on security who give friendly fist bumps to welcome you, Suresh who keeps the pool amazingly clean and all the restaurant staff Punkesh, Vivienne, Ajay, Pritay and all the others who go out of their way to make your stay a great experience. The standard of food from breakfast, snacks and meals in the restaurant is very good and comparable to any of the outside restaurants. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean by the brilliant cleaning staff, they very quickly learn your movements and clean without any intrusion. We love this hotel and it has become like a second home where we meet old friends. Can’t wait for next season to return, it is already booked!

5 star experience for the family
Amazing experience at this hotel it was very clean and spacious rooms cleaned daily without fail With big comfy beds. The staff were amazing very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you especially Viv uttam and pritty. Also the manager Paul was always around the hotel checking in with guest to ensure they are enjoying the experience. Lovely food lovely pool area and always taxis outside with good prices and also money exchange on your door step. Would defiantly recommend and will defiantly be returning in the future
