Best hotel sleep ever

Quiet and very comfortable. Had the best hotel sleep I’ve ever had. Lovely rainfall shower with different settings. Liked that the reception had a small sandwich shop area. Air conditioning also excellent. Central location was perfect, and close to airport bus drop off point.

the Iceland Parliament hotel was excellent, great location, amazing staff, clean and modern rooms. the bar had good service and a great menu. I strongly recommend this hotel. one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Europe.

Standout service and excellent location

Had a wonderful 3 night stay - upgraded to a junior suite as a diamond member. The location, atmosphere, and service are exceptional. Maxence welcomed us for our late arrival, and Robert (in the restaurant) was the epitome of hospitality and friendliness each morning at breakfast. They just seemed so dedicated to making sure we were comfortable, and having a great visit. The hotel was created inside a historic building. That comes with some challenges (shower leaked a bit), but the small issues in the room were nothing compared to its great location, and especially its awesome staff.

Nice hotel

Great location. Right next to lots of shopping, restaurants and sites. No parking around it but the parking lot assigned is a quick walk. Tough to find on Google maps. If you reach hotel Borg you have arrived. It is across the plaza next to the Parliament building.

Perfect hotel for a visit to Reykjavik!

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate my 50th birthday and it was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and the rooms were gorgeous. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of the main restaurants and shops in Reykjavik. The parking system is simple and we always found a space within 3 minutes walk from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Reykjavik.
