Really convenient place to stay! Would recommend for longer stays or working vacations. Strong wifi, nice rooms and near lots of amenities. The kitchens were stocked nicely and the communal spaces were comfy.
The only “issue” was coming and going you are waiting for the concierge to open the door but normally he was somewhere obvious/easy to get his attention.

The staff were extremely friendly; The property is near everything; we had a car and ere able to park next to the hotel; Beautiful, spacious clean room. The only negative is the noise around there. Car alarms going off in the middle of the night, police sirens and music playing at 9am (maybe the music was only due to it being December)

I loved this hotel. It’s located in the heart of Guatemala City. For me it was a surprise to find such a nice place in zona 1 where you see only old buildings.

Great stay. They were able to make last minute accomodations. Friendly staff close by central park and shopping centers. Allow for early check in. Cant say enough good things.
