Family run place

Stayed here for one night during evacuation due to fires. Yiannis could not do enough for us, taking us to pharmacies, for food and to buy clothes in kolympia. A safe refuge and I loved staying there for the family atmosphere.

Excellent

We can well recommend these apartments. Good location within easy reach of the village and the beach and a good starting point for exploring the island. There are several very good restaurants within easy walking distance , a small well stocked super market and a bakery a short distance away. Set in very pleasant gardens they are quiet, peaceful and relaxing. All the apartments are very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Well supplied with kitchen and dining equipment if you wish to use them. With air con and WiFi included , hairdryer and tv . Everything you need for the holiday of your choice. Yannis is delightful, always busy but always has time for a chat and a joke. His main concern is to make sure you have the best holiday you could wish for and we certainly did. Looking forward to many more happy times with him.

The apartment is far away from the center nearly 2.5 km. There is no wifi at the room. You can use the internet only ground floor. The owner was pretty cool and so helpful and the room was well-decorated. From the apartment to the Rodos Diagoras Airport about 25 euro by taxi. There was a big super market near the apartment.

16-28 Agosto 2018 - Consigliato vivamente

Siamo una coppia, abbiamo soggiornato da Yanni dal 16 al 28 agosto 2018 : gli appartamenti si dividono su piano terra e primo piano, sono molto ben curati, la pulizia viene effettuata due volte a settimana con cambio lenzuola e asciugamani, il cucinotto ha tutto il necessario, bene il bagno con doccia pulita, aria condizionata gratis e decisamente funzionante; noi stavamo al primo piano avevamo un balconcino utile per stendere i panni , dotato di tavolo e sedie con vista sul bellissimo giardino che Yanni cura personalmente ogni giorno.La vicinanza al supermarket ha la sua utilita.Anche la fermata dell autobus che porta alle diverse spiagge e a Rodi citta ha la sua importanza.Punto forte e' l estrema disponibilita e gentilezza di Yanni che piu di una volta ci ha reso favori che in altre strutture avrebbero richiesto sicuramente pagamento extra.E' situato vicino alla spiaggia di Afandou (10 min. a piedi) e Traganau (molto bella e attrezzata con risto/bar, 30 min. a piedi) entrambe le spiagge sono di bei sassi che rendono il mare cristallino come da cartolina. Consigliamo vivamente il soggiorno da Yanni,che vi accogliera' con la sua disponibilita superiore alla media e gentilezza tipiche dei greci.

Ottima struttura. Molto vicino ad una spiaggia bellissima di ciottoli . Cento punti solo per le zanzariere a tutte le finestre difficili da trovare in Grecia. Doccia con la tenda e piano doccia rialzato. Risultato nessun lago nel bagno. Aria condizionata gratis e funzionante. Bollitore per la colazione. Pulizie ogni due giorni con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola. Yannis il proprietario sempre presente e gentilissimo e disponibile. A noi ha pergono cambiato il frigorifero perché era un po' rumoroso. Parla bene l'italiano ed è sempre a disposizione. Consigliatissimo!!!!
