Value for money. The manager is so sweet and and he kept on following on us till we arrived.
I will go back again to this proprty next time.

Basic room but very cheap and a lovely owner

Loved the location, we arrived prepared to walk everywhere as it was end of season. Kalamaki beach and the airport is walkable in half an hour and Zakynthos not much longer.
Nice and quiet apart from meowing cats which didn't bother us but was noticeable. The owner was very welcoming and seemed very approachable.
It's a pretty basic room, but clean and I couldn't fault it for the price I paid.
It has cooking facilities, but we didn't use anything as we really just wanted a bed for 3 nights, so this suited us just fine.
To sum up, if like us, you really just want a bed for a few nights and like to do a bit of walking, then it's ideal.
If I was planning to spend more time in the room and do some cooking, I'd look to spend more money for better facilities.

We were very happy with the spaciousness and quality of the apartment. We liked the quiet location on the outskirts of Kalamaki, with shop, bakery restaurant and of course the rest of the town and beach within walking distance.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The accommodation was comfortable; clean and well kept, even if some might consider the furnishings and décor a little dated. It's in a quiet, residential area, about 1.5 km from the main tourist area, which I enjoyed as you didn't get any booming music sounds till well into the early hours of the morning. The host family, especially Giannis, were friendly and obliging. I'd definitely go back there again and would recommend it as a good, well priced base for people holidaying in the beautiful town of Kalamaki.

Looking forward to coming here again, would highly recommend, rooms are very clean and kitted out well, everyone is so friendly, love the place.
