Super weekend getaway
Modern hotel. Something on the hill at Tegernsee. Rooms are completely new, high quality, beautiful and modern.
Bathroom large and comfortable.
Restaurant is super professional. Operators super trained. Food delicious and portions is for size. Prices in restaurant upper midfield.

Relaxed holidays in a fantaic environment
For us to always feel like coming home. We have been to C&S several times and each time we have been well looked after and felt in good hands including our little dog. The rooms are always great and we could test different categories. The Bonvoy traffic jams will be fully rewarded. The breakfast buffet is a dream. Every one of the staff we had to deal with was extremely friendly and helpful. The spa is also a fulfillment for my wife every time. We will be back

Cool and international
The positive first: The view from the roof terrace in 5.0G is very nice because it allows a view over the rooftops of the lake. You can find a small selection of drinks in the minibar, which are free. The beds are very good. Everything is still new and unused. The bathroom taps are stylish and noble. There is a large bathrobe XL and a smaller M for guests. The curtains made of noble grey felt or loden darken perfectly even without the electric shutter. The balcony offers chairs and a table.
Unfortunately our room was on the 3rd floor and just opposite (10 meters?) is a gated community with balconies. An example of what is called optimal utilization of the expensive building ground. Not one square meter was given away, the noble indoor pool in the basement with tiny outdoor area surrounded by house facades is actually full when a person swims lanes, it is long but narrow. The rooms are minimalist. As a quote from Baroque there is a small white stucco embellishment on the wall, a small engraving on the wooden door is perhaps meant to refer to the carvings in the Alpine country. That's probably what the architect of Marriott meant.
Shelving areas have been largely dispensed with. The cabinet area is designed for a maximum of two days' dwell time. Unfortunately, in the forecourt and toilet (which is from the bathroom
is not separated by a door) by motion detectors, which is disturbing at night, especially since the bathroom is separated from the sleeping area by a glass wall.
Breakfast (without view outside) is ok, price high. Underground parking for 19 euros also.
The hotel could also be located in Berlin or London, nothing suggests that you are at Lake Tegernsee in Upper Bavaria. Maybe this is intentional, but atmosphere is not conveyed. Too bad!

Nice hotel - off the beaten track
Very nice hotel, rooms are super - beds and pillows are a dream. Shower is fantastic. Breakfast is very good. Underground secure parking. This hotel was booked for me by my company - whilst the location is picturesque, for a business trip it is too far from the highway.
