Nice central be city hotel
Nice rooms with coffee machine.
Ok breakfast, but not so big selection. You have to specify what time you want to eat breakfast the day before, and this is a little annoying as you are not free to choose during the day.
Staff are good, especially those in the breakfast restaurant.
The parking cellar is very straight and we had to hand over the key to the car at the reception. It was weird and not nice.

We also understand that there are areas where we can improve. Regarding the breakfast reservation system, we introduced this to ensure all guests can enjoy their breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere without overcrowding. However, we understand that this might feel restrictive, and we’re always happy to make exceptions when possible. My sincerest apologies that we did not offer you full flexibility during your stay.
As for our parking garage, it’s true that space is limited, which sometimes requires us to ask for car keys to efficiently organize parking. We’re sorry if this caused any discomfort.

Not quite what we expected
A specific time for breakfast must be booked the day prior which is slightly annoying when on holiday. On day one we were given no explanation of breakfast options, the maître d’ just asked did we want eggs and bacon. I asked for toast but was told they didn’t have any. The selection on the buffet was not extensive.
The next day we got a much nicer welcome from a lovely girl who gave us the missing explanation - breakfast is “small but mighty” - she also arranged to toast some bread for us.
They had a lovely courtyard where you could sit and have a quiet drink. The wine was especially good. The bar was a nice spot to have a drink before bed though drinks are pricey.
The location is good, a relatively easy walking distance to places of interest. It’s very close to the Reeperbahn, the famous red light district.
