The hotel located just right beside the train station. The room was ok but the bathroom stinks. We stayed one night together with my family from Malaysia and my newly wedded German husband. Maybe because of security concerns, the night shift receptionist was asking my husband to tell him our room number, booking under whose name and show him the room key after he went down to smoke outside the hotel. My husband felt uncomfortable by the way he questioned.

Just near the main station, they have a luggage storage but the staff was not friendly.

The hotel was basic but nice and clean , bed and pillows could have been more comfortable. Pillows were lumpy and duvet not so warm and fluffy .
Reception staff were very pleasant. Located very close to shops and old town . Photos on the website are quite deceptive as the exterior of the hotel is quite drab !

- Location is very convenient
- Use a key to enter the room and cannot lock from inside
- Walls are a little thin, I could hear some noise from the next room
- Friendly staff
- The trash bin was not empty when I arrived

Very neat and clean hotel with a location in the centre of Cologne, a step away from the train station and also next to Cologne Cathedral.
