Clean and spacious
We had a large room with a loft. The bathroom was downstairs with the full-sized pullout couch. Upstairs was a queen sized bed. The only downside is that you have to walk downstairs in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.
Like almost all the other hotels we stayed at in Germany, the towels were thin and there were no washcloths.
The beds and comforters were comfortable while the pillows were thin.
The breakfast buffet is typical of other hotels except they also have pancakes.

Great and nice place
We booked for two apartments for 2days and the information was that there is a residential area, but for four people the residential area will be cancelled and replaced by sofa bed. I was upset because the information did not match what was available, but with the kindness The friendliness and dialogue of the service employee A.. made us happy,thank you A....
The cleanliness is excellent, the heating is also perfect, the service is wonderful. Because we don't want a room cleaning service as everything stayed clean on the first day, and we asked not to clean the room daily We found a symbolic gift on the hanging bag, but it's beautiful

Good location, parking fee is 12€ and in my eyes far too expensive.
Breakfast was very delicious and rich.
Bed was dirty unfortnately and other interior, especially in the bathroom a little bit Old style.

Second visit again this time very satisfied.
Upon arrival a very friendly welcome we learned that there is nothing for lunch, have received a list of alternatives. Have also received the token for the underground car park / parking deck and then went to eat in Bad Boll to the lion (separate review). After returning straight up to room however we did not get in. At the reception I learned how to do it and it worked immediately. The room lacked the extra bed, which made another walk to the reception necessary. In front of me was another with a problem of room category and threw my missing bed jokingly into the conversation with . The lady at the reception mastered the situations brilliantly and professionally. Shortly we had the bed and another chair from the carpenter who did not want to take a tip because it was your job to help. Super nice fast and problem-solving oriented. In the evening you can still go to the bar or at the reception you can take various drinks also coffee yourself and have it written in the room at the reception. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and we always freshly stocked. Very nice and fast service.

Overall good hotel, day parking is bit expensive 12€, overall not much to complain other that sometimes guests are too loud when going out for cigarette.
