Nice hotel, great service
Rooms are nice and clean.
A little tip: remove the carpets, unfortunately they are no longer nice and - even though they are clean - do not make a good impression.

Check in is a bit...self service. My driver helped me get checked in. There is no reception. Rather, you call a number to get a code for the box (which are outside the door). Inside the box are the keys for the main door and the room.
Note there are no elevators, just a spiral staircase.
They issued me room 12 which is an attic room. It has a lovely view of Besigheim. The room is comfortable and includes a TV, fridge, free WiFi and a standing shower. WiFi requires registration - I had to register every day, but it was fast.
There’s also free beer and water in the “lobby.” A continental breakfast is served every morning. It consists of coffee, tea, a variety of bread, meats, cheese and a few vegetables. It’s a good start to the morning.
The only time I ever encountered staff was during breakfast. Otherwise, I never saw anyone in the evening.
I slept fairly well. The hotel itself is quiet. However, there were a few nights rabble rousers were outside the hotel rendering a good night’s sleep.
All in all, a really pleasant stay.
