Berlin centre location! Very nice staff! Easy to metro. Breakfast is super nice! I enjoy my stay. Will book again!

Shout out to Nazere
Stay there for 2 nights , it look like they are refurbishing the lounge and some rooms which I can’t wait to be back to see. Hakan and Long were great and very professional at the check in. Room was comfortable and spacious, everything u need were there.
Breakfast was a bit messy as no one direct me to a table or explain how the breakfast work. people were taking table already taken etc.. overall good variety and selections drinks and food .
A special shout out to Nazere at breakfast as on my first day I ask her a hot chocolate language which she say we don’t apart only netsquick. The language barrier was a bit of issue but she did make me one at the end.
But my main point is the next day I walk for the breakfast area which she was working , I went straight to the buffet. when I was walking back to try to find a table Nazere was waiting for me with a hot chocolate ready for me. I didn’t need to ask for it and that makes my morning so well done Nazere, I will called that a Hilton moment . Thanks you again and see you again

poor service at reception
just checked in to Hilton Berlin guy on reception was extremely rude he started having a conversation with another guest checking in who he seemed to know more or less ignored me. We went to the wrong lifts as no instructions were given and i had to gi back to check our room number as i couldn't read his writing. we are staying for 4 days let's see if the service improves.
