Catastrophic night, overheated hotel
I talked about it at reception in the morning, the answer: yes we overheat the hotel because guests were cold the previous weeks...

Thieves.
We were 3 couples with a baby, the Inn wanted us to take 4 rooms whereas in the morning the platform had offered 3 rooms and asked us to call the Inn in the evening to ask for the cot but wanted her to take one more room
Unacceptable.

Nous avons pris connaissance de votre notation suite à votre séjour dans notre hôtel.
Nous regrettons que les conditions de sécurité ne vous convient pas mais nous ne voulons pas finir comme le logement handicapé avec 15 morts car le nombre de personne n'était pas respecté !!!
Désolé car nos normes sont nos normes, une voiture 5 places est une voiture 5 places j'en suis désolé.
Nous possédons des chambres familiales 1 à 4 personnes, n'hésitez pas à réserver ce style de chambre pour être conforme aux obligations de notre métier.
Rien à voir avec des voleurs !!!!!! Désolé que la chambre 1 à 4 personnes soit plus onéreuse mais celle ci apporte la place disponible pour y placer un lit bébé ce qui n'est pas le cas dans les chambres 1 à 2 personnes comme vous avez pu le constater.
N'hésitez pas à appeler le centre de secours près de chez vous afin qu'il vous explique les normes sécuritaires obligatoires.

Sleeping in impossible: around 9 a.m. the employee knocks on all the room doors several times.
We won't come back again!

Nous regrettons que nos prestations n'aient pas répondu à vos attentes.
Comme répondu à un autre avis, le service sinistre va prendre contact avec vous, cependant je ne comprends pas comme le service sinistre pourquoi ne pas avoir averti l'hôtel directement soit le jour même, le lendemain ou encore par téléphone.
Cela nous permet de faire intervenir une société pour la levée de doute.
Sachez que ce style d'insectes n'e sont pas prit à la légère. Il aurait été préférable de nous contacter directement que de lire des avis clients avec des comptes différents comme Philippe ou Anne C P.
Nous vous remercions de prévoir les constations médicale en cas de cas avéré pour la prise en charge par notre assurance. Dans le cas avéré ou non, nous reprendrons contact avec vous pour voir ensemble les suites de ce dossier.
