Incredible establishment, staff with little care

Family Disney Trip
Tip… do not opt for green cleaning for the incentive of a free drink. We were advised it was 1 drink per person and told 4 in total. We saved this voucher for last night and were advised no 1 drink only. Went back to reception who were so unhelpful lady just nodding not listening to a word I was saying. Requested manager at 6pm and told no manager here!
Then asked about Radisson points could I use to pay for drinks as a premium member and told yes you can use your points for food and drink - to go to bar again and be told no.
Communication not great and just passed around with no one really knowing what to do.
Disappointing last night to what was a great trip!
Family rooms also very small, apparently we had a superior but was a sofa and a king bed. Nothing different to a standard room apart from a coffee machine I believe.
Pros nice breakfast, and regular free shuttle to Disney park.
Would I return again no, staff on reception really need to be more up to date with Radisson member information and be more helpful and polite.

Disappointing Lost Item Experience
I emailed the hotel’s concierge, front office, and the main contact email but received no response. When I called the hotel, I was told nothing had been found in the room. This was disappointing, as I am certain I left the jacket in the wardrobe myself.
I would appreciate any help or a proper response regarding this matter. It would have been reassuring to at least receive guidance on how to proceed with this issue.

Our housekeeping team conducted a thorough check of the room after your departure, but unfortunately, the jacket was not found. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially given the importance of the document inside.
We truly apologize for any miscommunication and for not providing you with clearer guidance earlier. As a next step, we recommend checking with local lost-and-found services or transport authorities in case the item was misplaced elsewhere. However, if we do locate the jacket, we will reach out to you immediately to arrange its return.
