Nous sommes désolés de lire votre message alors que nous avons accepté toutes vos exigences, notamment une chambre en bout de couloir, côté parking. Le seul bémol est que vous vouliez une chambre avec un grand lit alors que vous aviez réservé sur Booking une chambre twin. La qualification du mot "antillais" ici pris de manière péjorative n'est pas acceptable. Cordialement.
