Not sure about the Cactus tho !

At first we were hesitant as it was far from town, we had no car and had to rely on cabs.
You can see that a lot of work has gone into updating the rooms and communal area. They didn’t speak a lot of English so information sharing was hard .
Until we met a guy called Juliane , he was very helpful and used an app to translate our conversations. He was helpful and friendly , he was a credit to the company and we thank you for you help.

Disappointing experience: Unsatisfactory hygiene and poor quality equipment at the Inn Design Nantes Carquefou hotel"

Dear Hotel Inn Design Nantes Carquefou, We would like to express our deep disappointment following our recent stay at your establishment. Unfortunately, we faced serious hygiene issues which greatly affected our experience. The cleanliness of the room we occupied left a lot to be desired. Traces of urine on the toilet, pubic hair in the bathtub and mold on the ceiling and window were in no way up to the standards we expected, especially considering the rate we paid. Furthermore, we We were surprised by the request to pay a supplement upon our arrival. We had specifically arranged our stay to avoid any additional charges, and we had to dispute this request. We would also like to point out that the cushions provided in the room were not at all comfortable and of inferior quality. Luckily we had our own to ensure an acceptable night's sleep. Additionally, upon arrival we noticed that the water kettle hadn't even been emptied, which is unacceptable in terms of hygiene. We hope sincerely that you will take immediate steps to improve the cleanliness of your rooms, review your customer service policy and consider the quality of the amenities provided. Pitiful

Very dirty room, with humidity everywhere, no room service, burnt out light bulb. I have a video that I won't publish... too bad, I don't recommend this place at all.
3 star hotel to avoid... Didn't have time to try the breakfast

I arrived after 10.40 pm and the hotel closes at 10pm.
They wrote me the gâté code to enter And informer me the room Door was going to be open ed... Unless someone was in room and therefore i wait ed 30 minutes until someone gave me another room without any personal excuse.
Same thing the next day when I met the young guy made the mistake of switching the rooms.
Overall old and not so clean....
Not worthy the price.

Early check-in is possible from 2 pm, subject to availability upon arrival, with a supplement of €20. Please note that our hotel is open but is currently undergoing renovation.
