Exceptional stay in hotel with great staff and wonderful facilities all over

One of the best stays we ever had. We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. The breakfast and service was nice and fast. I would highly recommend this hotel. Specially we were amazed by Míša and Markéta the horse exceptionally knowledgeable and kind and wonderful girls. Also Iveta at breakfast is so beautiful not just by look but her hospitality and service skills. They are incredible and credit to company. Thank you for everything! We can’t wait to be back!!! You make just “another hotel in the world” to be extremely special.

A wonderful place near Prague with top-notch services

A wonderful farm near Prague, although a more expensive stay, but it meets all expectations. Clean everywhere, lots of fun for kids! Uncomfortable beds, nice and tasty breakfast. Although the restaurant is in a higher price category, it is worth it. The farm also has a beautiful fitness center, you can play bowling, my daughter was most excited about the indoor pool and the adjacent eco-farm, where you can go as a guest at any time of the day. Horse riding or lemur feeding can also be ordered. The rooms are neat, beautiful and clean, the mattresses are comfortable. The only thing that can spoil the stay are other guests who do not know how to behave with respect to others - unfortunately, the operator cannot influence this 100%.
We like to come back every year for a short stay.

Poor customer service and rude staff. Avoid

As a foreign traveller coming here for the first time the facilities are very nice. I spent the day here to use the spa facilities (top notch) and paid a lot of money for several hours of use and massages. Afterwards headed to the Restaurant to get some food and drink (which was almost empty).
The restaurant serving staff were extremely rude and acted as if they were doing me a favour to serve me.
So rude and such attitude that I walked out and will refuse to go back there.
As a 5 star location you would expect them to be trained how to treat guests.
If you want to pay high prices to be treated badly this is your go to spot.

Food poison from main restaurant and no accountability from staff

I have visited many times, even loved the resort. However the last time I visited both my friend and I got food poisoning. We didn’t see each other until the trip so could have only happened here. The resort staff wouldn’t accept that we got sick from the food here. Didn’t do a single thing to prevent this happening to anyone else. Disappointed from a place we love to visit, will not now return.

nothing to complain

Our experience during five days vacation was really astonishing. Everything was great here and we have nothing to complain about here. The staff was friendly and the food was simply delicious with fair prices. Tennis, golf, bowling, gym, wellness, fitness are enjoyable activities that will make your stay pleasant nevertheless speaking about animal friendly stuff (horses, goats, cows…)
