A warm welcome to Costa Rica!

Ideal to start your trip in Costa Rica after a long flight.. Good beds, quiet, aircon, 20.minute drive from the airport...perfect for a good night's sleep!
The people are friendly and flexible! I immediately felt welcome in Costa Rica!

All wrong

All wrong the restaurant staff, the air conditioning among other things the very bad experience, they must improve customer service starting with the same management, the education of taking seriously the opinions of customers

No luxury but recommended

The hotel is very clean. However, our room was above the breakfast area with courtyard, so from 5am radio music was our alarm clock:)
Breakfast was available from 06.00, was always top! Warm local dishes and especially fruit were abundant.
Friendly staff with shuttle service from the airport.
Beds very comfortable, the inventory a bit old but ok. Renovated bathroom, safe. Coffee machine for a coffee in the afternoon. Free water dispenser in the hotel.
Absolutely fine as a start for an exploration tour of Costa Rica.

Nice Place for a short stay

We only stayed at the hotel for one night - as the start of our round trip through Costa Rica. The rooms were clean and functionally furnished - the beds were very comfortable. Only the shower could do with a bit more power - it also flooded the whole bathroom.
The food in the restaurant was good - but there are certainly better and cheaper options out there. Breakfast was - according to Costa Rican standards - ok, but nothing special.
The hotel was absolutely adequate for one night - price-performance also okay.

The property was clean. The staff was helpful and great with patrons who don't speak Spanish. Breakfast and other meals were excellent.
