Lovely spot. Abused dogs
This is not a Grand Hotel, not a luxury resort, but probably a destination for many. It has tennis courts, a swimming pool, great service. It's on a big piece of land with endless fruit trees. The rooms are nice, comfortable and quiet. The food was great, and the server absolutely perfect.
Wi-fi is spotty.
The thing I did not like here, and what would keep me from returning, was the sad state of their (guard?) dogs. There are at least two of them, chained to lengths of wire. They are skinny, pathetic creatures that seem never to have been off their leashes or to have had any sort of vet care. Shame on the owners.
So, no, I do not recommend this hotel/resort. Don't go here. Don't support people who care so little for the animals that work for them. But **please** do stop on your way to somewhere else and ask if they have improved the treatment of their dogs. I will.

Needs service improve in some areas
Good location. Some waiters gave the extra mile (they had to work 18 hours a day) with great attitude.
Areas for improvement: Cleanliness of rooms, hot water (they need to make a change that takes 10 minutes for you to get hot water), customer service (reception and management). Wifi will not cover all areas (not our room)
Summary:
