Lunch

My waiter was Dervin. Excellent experience. From the start addressed by name upon giving my room number, he gave me good recommendations on drinks and food. Definitely recommend it. Plus the pizza cooked at the stone oven is a nice thing to add. The place has a chill vibe and it was not too crowded.

Bogota Hilton eclipses USA Hiltons

United States Hiltons have nothing on the level of quality in Bogota. Pleasantly surprised to have such a high class experience. Food, service, rooms - all 5 star. Executive lounge package with breakfast included is a high value. Staff rounded out to make this week absolutely wonderful.

From the entrance to the lobby to the restaurant and to the housekeeping staff, we outmost felt the Top notch service that made our trip extra special. Thank you Hilton Hotel for the outstanding service. We will be back and stay here again in the future.

Excellent experience

The Hotel is very comfortable, the staff very kind, we had meetings and the saloons are in excellent condition, the room is clean, the hotel do not use bottles for water what is good for the environment. The hotel is just 10 minutes from and to the airport! I will do it again.

Great service, great people. Soft pillows and nice bed. The housekeepers are so nice and kind. Luisa Portes made great job. The food at restaurant is good, different types of food to choose from. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful.
