环境：一出门就是地铁站，非常方便出行。
设施：房间设施齐全，性价比高，睡眠环境挺好的，住得很舒服，倒头就睡，睁眼天亮。洗发水很好用洗的头发很蓬松。除了无窗和电话坏了，其他都挺满意。
服务：每天到前台请求帮忙装热水，有时候还没开口工作人员就知道我想要干嘛手先伸过来接我的杯子哈哈。回程当天看完省博出来打算回去拿行李结果发现时间来不及要赶不上高铁了，急中生智人先去高铁站等着，让酒店工作人员帮忙把行李送上滴滴，真的很感谢大家，二话不说，有求必应，周到细致，大家都是很温暖的人。就冲这个服务必须留个好评，会再来的

酒店对面就是地铁2号线B2出口，去协和医院从地铁通道走用不了5分钟就到了，去中山公园也很近，酒店旁边美食很多，吃饭方便。酒店服务态度很好，房间干净，夜晚很安静

房间进来的时候就有一股味道，也不说难闻，反正是一股味道，刚订房的时候在前台就一直让我升级舒适高级大床房，已经拒绝了，还要求，然后那个领导不愿服务，换一个年轻的接待，进了房间，空调开了几个小时都没用还变成了-0，效果一点都不好，这就算了，连房间插座都接触不良，平常充电再怎么说一小时最起码都能充满，而且还是快充，在这里一边冲还一边掉电。还花这么多钱，订一个这样子的

我已经是高级大床房了前台一直让我加价加价我已经明确拒绝了还是执意让我加价，看我还是不加价让我去旁边站着，而且告诉我说不加价的话，现在是没有房间空余让我等一两个小时。要求高级大床房12点之前退房。当天已经是下午1:00了，怎么可能会没有房间，然后换了一个年轻一点的来给我开房间一下就出来了，既然1点之前没有房间，那么第2天早上11点过几分就打电话告诉我12点要走。我第1次住酒店差评我真的是无语，房间还那么小，一点都不值，服务态度还那么差。最最最不隔音了，都能听到隔壁说话走路的声音真的超级差！！！！！！！
