Close to Disneyland, free shuttle bus available!

Both Disneyland and Pudong Airport have free transfers on large buses.
Disneyland is very close and convenient. They upgraded to Kumamon's room for free on the day and it was cute and soothing. It is larger than the official Disneyland hotel and conveniently has a Famima on site.
The staff are also kind.

The hotel offers a very comfortable stay. It was super clean both in the room and in the public areas. Stunning design, cleverly installed lights in the room that created a nice atmosphere. Breakfast selection was very satisfying, huge range of food. The bakery products (croissants, cakes etc.) were not that good quality and the coffee machine didn’t heat up the milk enough so the cappuccino came out lukewarm. But the other dishes were delicious.

Novotel clover is a very nice hotel with excellent service. Although they don't provide toothbrush in the room, when they notice that my toothpaste is running out, they automatically place 2 tooth paste for me to use. Their shuttle service is very good and convenient toward the airport, disneyland and the bund. I love their daily porridge supper and free brevage inside the room along with their all day sour plum tea, coffee and light snack. The bed is so comfortable too that I fell asleep immediately even though the train sound can be heard. Hotel have self service washing and dryer machine with different kind of detergent provided which is very convenient to use. However, the app require local number to operate but the hotel front desk staff is very helpful to assist. Lastly, breakfast is delicious with many live station preparing local specialty on the spot.

Fantastic family stay

We stayed here for 3 nights kids loved it, rare to find a Novotel hotel to have an awesome indoor kids play area, with full on balls for kids to play with, the rooms are generous in size. Tried buffet brekkie and totally recommend there will be something for everybody.
They also run a complimentary kids craft activity each day you can leave kids during or after brekkie.
Note we are loyal Accor plus members and can confirm complimentary drink applies although variety may not be extensive, this in addition to free beverage the room comes with. You can use Accor plus for meals as well . Overall very happy with our stay and thank Dean and team for running a tight ship ensuring all guests are happy during stay
