Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the casino and busy shopping malls.
Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed.
The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

The amenities received made us feel so warm and supportive. Staff from reception, restaurant service, spa to bell service are super. The welcoming smile of Ivan and personal service from Naomi Durian ( sorry the spelling may wrong) at the reception are unforgettable. We surely will go back again. Even the lady at the concierge was so patient to direct me how to go to The Londoner on a wheelchair.

It was an amazing night we spent in Four seasons Macao. Really love the decorations and service here. Especially Kame and other receptionists for arranging the gifts and cakes for us. Would love to come back again! If you are looking for a quiet hotel, no casino but near shopping mall, FS Macao is definitely a good choice! The Study Bar in 20/F is also fantastic! Don’t miss the views and drinks, we also had a good interaction with their bartender!

There are many excellent hotels in Macau, but choosing the Four Seasons was an outstanding decision. For guests traveling by taxi, the location is unbeatable, offering not only an outdoor swimming pool and spa but also stunning views and walking access to major tourist spots.
What stood out most was the impeccable service provided by the staff. Every staff member we encountered during our 3-night, 4-day stay was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our family, including our child, had a wonderful experience. This stay has made us eager to visit Macau again, and when we do, we will definitely choose the Four Seasons.

The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very considerate arrangement for our birthday celebration. However, there was one point quite disappointing as there was no body cream provided in the bathroom. This seems no very acceptable for a almost 6 star hotel especially during winter time.
