On the positive side, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was situated in a vibrant part of town that was easily accessible to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. Additionally, the self-checking process was very convenient and allowed me to check-in quickly without having to wait in a long line
However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. The carpet was stained, the walls had scuff marks and the furniture was outdated. There was also a musty smell in the air that made me question the cleanliness of the room. While the linens and towels were fresh and clean, the overall feel of the room was not up to my expectations.
Overall, while I appreciated the location and convenience of the self-checking process, I would not stay at this hotel again until it undergoes some renovation and cleaning.
