Hotel Caterers were condescending and ignorant. I would've asked for a refund, but I think its better to pay to find out what they're about. They lost an exceptional guest when they lost me.

One of our favorite places to stay in YYT - St. John's NL

This hotel seems to pay attention to every detail! Clean, clean, clean and great staff who are ready to help.
'Really interesting decor - slightly funky but not over the top.
The bed is so comfortable and there is very little noise from other units.
Well-located in downtown St. John's NL with several exceptional restaurants within walking distance. Also, lots of quaint shops nearby.

Would definitely return.

I went with my sister for a long weekend. We loved this boutique hotel. The location was great and so was the service. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant is fantastic. We wish we'd had more opportunities to eat there and make our way through their wonderful cocktail menu.
