Feel at home in the best neighborhood in SP!!

Comfortable bed, wonderful shower, perfect location and breakfast with everything you need. Excellent service, best choice for São Paulo, the neighborhood is safe and there are lots of options to do on foot. Congratulations, this is the second time we have stayed here and the experience is always very satisfactory. Congratulations to the owner and the receptionist Bruno, as well as the support team at breakfast and who cleaned our room, they are very professional and always deserve success!

Nice hotel

I really liked the hotel, the food in the restaurant and the drinks too, I went on business but I had a lot of fun, excellent service and very friendly waiters, the rooms were very large and cozy, the beds were very comfortable, the view was beautiful, I will come back whenever I can

Frustrated expectations

The self-service check-in system needs to think about those who arrive, like me, at night and who have never used the system, as there is not enough lighting to see the secret numbers for opening the key box.
While I was there, there was a party with loud music and a lot of people, in other words, a lot of noise, right under the window of the room I was in. The person responsible for the reception said he was duly notified, but I didn't know, and I think that the proposal for an inn, in this case a hostel, doesn't fit with a space for parties of this type.
The breakfast was served by a grumpy person, and it was insufficient. It could even be that I could ask for more, repeat an item, but the girl didn't even stay in the space during the time I had coffee and wasn't very friendly to me.
Rooms, yes, in the plural, as I was changed rooms due to the noise from the party, they definitely need to be cleaned better, as you can clearly see the accumulation of dust on the exposed bricks, in the power ducts, in the woodwork of the roof and in the air outlet conditioning.
I wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend anyone to stay.
The highlight is the design, as proposed by the hostel, but that doesn't make up for the points I raised above.

They described it as Hotel and I was thinking of a hotel service. I got there and realized it is a hostel… similar to a house on top of a hair salon. The night I stayed they had a party… I had planned to book and relax on a actual hotel not a hostel party house
