Highlight of the trip

The whole accommodation is amazing and comfortable!
Immaculate breakfast!
Wonderful staff, being the highlight the service of the Gustavo receptionist, helpful, competent, attentive and attentive to all our needs, all this aligned to an excellent and super strategic location!
My architects loved it!
We will be back for sure!

Quality in care and service provision.

Excellent service from the reception, Gustavo receptionist very kind and helpful. The Angelita employee of the Governance team was agile in responding to our request, very friendly and attentive. It was all prepared with great care for our stay we noticed by the details in the apto. An incredible experience, we are delighted by the hotel.

This is really a 3, borderline 3,5 stars. Basic at best. Check in needs more care and training, staff needs to acknowledge guest better and make them feel welcoming. Breakfast is too simple for what it pretends to be, while staff surround you while you pick your food, make you feel like you’re being watched. Bedroom seriously needs to be revamped and updated. Pleasant stay but I doubt I would book and stay again

The event was a success, the hotel met all our expectations.
They have always been attentive and helpful since the beginning of the negotiations.

Good option in Itaim

The strength of the hotel is the location.
Comfortable room, good breakfast.
The staff Gustavo of the reception was very helpful and helped me with a special request I had.
As a point to improve, the laundry and passing service could be more agile, they could not meet me. And the passing board of the room was not in good condition of preservation.
I recommend to those who want to stay in the Itaim region.
